One More Sunny Run in Haarlem

Autumn is here, but we managed to catch another sunny morning for our second Live Saucy Run in Haarlem. Together with HRLM Running, we brought runners together for another route through the city, followed by burritos and a chance to hang out at our Salsa Shop on Kruisstraat. After such a great first edition during our Haarlem opening, we were excited to come back. And with the colder months approaching, we were especially happy that the weather decided to cooperate.

Haarlem, Round Two

Our first Haarlem Run Club brought together familiar faces from our Amsterdam runs, members of the HRLM Running community and people from the neighbourhood who were joining us for the first time. For this second edition, we teamed up with HRLM Running again. Haarlem has turned out to be a great setting for our Live Saucy Runs, with its beautiful streets, compact city centre and plenty of places to explore on foot.

Working with HRLM Running also means getting to know the city through people who are already part of its running community. They know the local routes and runners, while we get to introduce more people to Salsa Shop and bring everyone together afterwards. And after a morning of running, our restaurant on Kruisstraat makes a pretty convenient meeting spot for a burrito.

More Cities, More Runs

Our Live Saucy Runs first took us through different parts of Amsterdam, from Vondelpark and Westerpark to NDSM and the city centre. Bringing the concept to Haarlem gave us the opportunity to see how it could work somewhere new, together with a local running crew.

Now that we've organised two editions here, we'd love to keep building on that and eventually bring the Live Saucy Runs to more cities across the Netherlands. With Salsa Shop locations in cities like Rotterdam, Utrecht, Eindhoven and Groningen, there's plenty left to explore. And each city has its own running communities, routes and neighbourhoods that we'd love to get to know.

For now, a big thank you to HRLM Running and everyone who joined us for another morning in Haarlem. We're heading into the colder months, but we're certainly not putting our running shoes away.
