We love a busy Salsa Shop. Food straight from the kitchen, people eating together and a restaurant full of noise is how we like to see it. But we'd be kidding ourselves if we pretended that's how people want to eat every day.
There are also evenings when you've just showered, your pyjamas are already on and leaving the house again sounds completely unreasonable. Dinner still needs to happen, but preferably without shoes. That's why delivery is an important part of Salsa Shop too. We want to fit into people's actual routines, whether that means grabbing a bowl between work and the gym, sitting down with friends or ordering dinner from the sofa after a long day.
