Every Station Had Its Own Flavour
Participants took on a Half HYROX Simulation, tackling everything from SkiErgs and sled pushes to lunges and wall balls. Along the course, each station featured one of our signature Salsa Shop pillars. The tougher the workout became, the spicier the salsa.
Everyone received exclusive Live Saucy x Nike merch before the start, and throughout the morning there was plenty of friendly competition. We crowned winners in the men’s, women’s and mixed divisions, but the biggest victory was seeing beginners and experienced athletes pushing each other all the way to the finish.
Recover Together
After crossing the finish line, everyone headed straight to Salsa Shop for exactly what most people had been thinking about during those last few wall balls: food.
HYROX is growing fast, and so is the community around it. As a brand, we’d much rather be part of that community than simply watch it from the sidelines. Bringing people together to move, eat and spend time together afterwards feels like a pretty good way to do that.
Safe to say: this won’t be our last Live Saucy HYROX.
