You quickly realise how many people are involved before we even start rolling burritos. From sourcing and quality checks to logistics and deliveries, every step matters. Seeing it all up close gave us an even bigger appreciation for the people who help make fresh food possible every single day.
Better Together
One thing became very clear throughout the day: you can’t do it alone. Great ingredients are one thing, but working with partners who care just as much about quality, freshness and finding ways to keep improving makes all the difference. We wrapped up the day at Salsa Shop Amsterdam Centraal, where everything eventually comes together. Not a bad way to spend the day.
